The Succoth registration fee will include supplies for the lodge, educational studies and all group activities held at the Lodge. Costs for any optional free time excursions or off-site activities and activities run by the State Park will be up to each individual or family to cover.
1. Single adult lodge rate all- inclusive: meals, registration, and lodging $210.00
2. Family rate all-inclusive: meals, registration, and lodging, $360.00.
3. Camping rate without meals: $60.00.
4. Camping rate with meals included: $156.00.
5. RV rate no meals included: $60.00.
Any monetary amount listed above has already had the registration fee built in. All registration fees are to secure your spot, at the event and is non-refundable.
The single adult lodge rate is $210.00. This includes the registration fee of $60.00, and the regular rate of $150.00 for food, lodging and miscellaneous expenses.
The lodge family rate will be $360.00. This includes the Registration fee of $60.00, and the regular rate of $300.00, for food, lodging and miscellaneous expenses.
The camping rate without meals is $60.00, for supplies, and other miscellaneous expenses.
Campers who camp, and still desire to eat their meals with the community will pay $156.00. This includes the registration fee of $60.00, plus the regular meal rate of $96.00.
We are calculating the following for each meal daily
A. Breakfast is $3.00 per person.
B. Lunch is $4.00 per person.
c. Dinner is $5.00 per person.
Please note: all prices do not currently reflect PayPal charges and fees for processing your transaction. After you submit your registration form, we will send you an invoice, via Paypal, that will contain a link so that you may pay your Succoth fees. A 3% surcharge will be included in your invoice if you are using Paypal. For example, if you are paying $60.00 and you added 3%, you would pay $62.00.
As a community, we are asking everybody to please help share the burden so that this event can be a complete success for all.
Important Registration Fee Information
A contribution will be taken at the event, for those who would like to contribute extra for expenses.
This is called the common pot. You may do this at the event, or if you would like to do it early you may contribute by check, money order or PayPal
Please see donations to benevolence as to how to contribute.
Also please note, when you make your contribution, please inform us as to what the contribution is for so that we can be good stewards of the masters treasury.
Also FYI, The Yahad of East Tennessee is tax-exempt. Fees, donations, and offerings can be tax write-offs. Just request a tax receipt, after the event, and our administration will take care of it for you.
